By using Pokeweather.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site. PokéWeather is owned and operated by McKittrick LLC.

Description of the Service

PokéWeather is an informational mashup that translates real-world weather into Pokémon-themed information. It does not provide user accounts, payments, official game services, professional weather warnings, or emergency guidance.

Weather and Pokémon Data

Weather conditions come from a third-party weather API, while Pokémon information comes from PokéAPI and other third-party sources. Their data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate. We do not host the underlying data or guarantee any forecast, condition, game mechanic, character information, or recommendation. Consult an official weather authority before making safety decisions.

Unofficial Fan Project

Pokemon and Pokemon character names are trademarks of Nintendo/Game Freak/The Pokemon Company. This is an unofficial fan project not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Acceptable Use

You may use the site for lawful personal and informational purposes. You may not interfere with or overload the service, bypass security, attempt unauthorized access, misuse location features, scrape the site in a harmful manner, misrepresent the site as official, or violate applicable law or another person's rights.

Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

PokéWeather's original code, design, branding, and text belong to McKittrick LLC or its licensors. Pokémon-related marks, names, art, and data belong to their respective owners. Links and third-party services are not hosted or controlled by us and are governed by their own terms.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be accurate, complete, current, secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, McKittrick LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages or other losses arising from your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the site, weather information, or linked services.

Children, Changes, and Contact

The service is not directed to children under 13. We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version and date here. Continued use after a revision means you accept the updated Terms.
